GTA Restoration can provide a free written estimate for any of your requirements. If it’s for a residential or commercial project, for your home condo or business, regardless if it’s painting and or general renovation GTA Restoration can get the job done right the first time.
Our estimates are detailed and in most cases provided on our first visit whenever possible. We believe that our quotes shouldnot include Materials, and should only included Labour only where possible. Many of our competitors included or substitute subpar products if the Material is included in there quote.
We also know that all quotas are not equal and can be defined from Level 1 to Level 5 in respect to quality of the work provided. Please don’t hesitate to ask more about our different quality levels and what they mean and represent.
All quotes are valid for 30 days upon receipt and may or not may be honore beyond 30 days.
In some cases we do have a Minimum site visit fee of $99.00 but this fee would be discussed prior to any formal obligation. We also can provide general consultation services with an in person site visit from $99.00 from one of our skilled operations managers. All quotes are subject to Executive reviews and approval.
